Information we collect as you browse our website

If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check this page periodically. We will only use data collected from the time of the policy change onwards for these new purposes.

Data protection

The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Deanery, in its role as a coordinator of training of medical professionals, hold a great deal of information about its trainees, trainers, staff, and other persons who work with or for the deanery. The way in which Oncology Recruitment manages this information is governed by the Data Protection Act 1998.

To submit a request for information (a "subject access request")

If you would like to find out what information Oncology Recruitment holds about you, you will need to execute a Subject Access Request, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The SAR will be subject to payment of an admin fee of £10 and will require you to submit documentation to validate your identity.

Oncology Recruitment will then have up to 40 days to respond to your Subject Access Request from the date of receipt.

To make a Subject Access Request, please download a copy of the "Data Access Request Form" from the document warehouse and follow the instructions in the form.
